Instant Messages

I am trying to find out if there is a way to locate
instant messages on the hardrive. I have been told that
the computer's hard drive records everything. I am
looking for a way to access this. If anyone can help, I
would greatly appriciate it. Thanks.

Only if you have logging turn on in your IM program. MSN Messenger 6 will
do this and trillian will. Many others also. It depends on your program
and if you have turned it on.
