installwizzard error 6001

trying to open a new program which i installed today everytime an install
wizard error comes up 6001? says close down other apps etc and try again?
done all its asked still the same message?

6001 mean that the application exceeded the Name length limit 256 character,
so try to shorten the name or may be the app is bad.
