hi, i'm trying to install software for my mobile phone,
an LG7100, but when i load the program, the installshield
on windows xp says an error has occured.

i have just had a fresh install of xp home.... what do i
do??

The same brand is not usually enough, they usually need to be the
same.
Perform a Repair Installation to properly detect the new hardware:
