Installshield Wizard Fails

I try to install an ATI display driver to my hard disk that has worked before
but the Installshield Wizard will not install it. Any other kind of driver
will install easily. How can I debug this?

I'm sorry, no ATI drivers will install so I switched to MSI card and drivers.
The other ATI video card checks out good.
