Installshield problem > Error -1608: Unable to create InstallDriver instance

After installing fresh Win2000 with SP4 I have problem running some software
istallations.

Setup start to load , then Installshiled give an error message:
Installshield:
Error -1608: Unable to create InstallDriver instance.

I wasnt able to find any solution in MS knowledge base or on the net.
Please help - Jan

Head over to http://community.installshield.com and this topic has been
discussed many times. This is generally some DCOM misconfiguration that
prevents the InstallDriver ( the bridge that connects MSI custom actions to
InstallScript functions ) from functioning.

If you are experiencing this using SMS2003 pushing as SYSTEM with a
non-privledged user logged on this is generally what I consider a defect in
InstallShield and I fix it by modifying the IScript MSI to configure one of
the DCOM servers to run as the launching user instead of the interactive
user.
