Installing XP Pro

I am installing XP Pro on a 2.6GHZ system using a 120GB
Hard drive. I get a can not copy Credqi.dll error.
Can anyone help me with this error without skipping it?

Try a different CD Drive.

Try a different CD Drive.

I tried a different CD and it did the same thing...

CD Drive... Not CD.

My bet is that the CD is fine, but for some reason, it is not being read
properly. Usually CD Drive or connection to the motherboard. Other
possibilities are bad sectors on your hard drive or bad memory.
