i have an asus p4t533-c motherboard with an intel pentium
4 2.67mhz processor, an xtasy gforce4 ti440 video card
and windows xp pro won't install if i set my processor to
2.67 mhz but if i set it on 2.0 mhz its working just
fine, i would like to know if i can do something to be
able to install windows xp pro with my processor set to
his full potential

Try...

Installing at 2.0 and then turning up the clock?

Check your heatsink is fitted and working correctly. What temperature does
the bios report?

Have you got the FSB ratio set correctly to suit the memory you have?

Is the CPU voltage set correctly?

Could it be the AGP drivers? I recall reading somewhere that the one that
comes with Windows overwrites to one provided by your mobo/graphics card
supplier.
