Installing Windows Service Pack 2

I was attempting to install Windows XP Service Pack
However, after clicking on Install I get a message
Updates were unable to be successfully.

I have my Automatic Updates feature on as is recommended.

Could someone advice what could be the problem and how to
fix it.

Hi Judith

It may just be that the heavily overloaded system hasn't got round to you yet.
