is it possible to install windows nt 4 (or 3.51) on the same partition (80
Gig) as windows xp after windows xp has already been installed ?
 
No. Each operating system should be installed on its own
individual partition.

See the other replies for why you shouldn't. The partition is probably
formatted NTFS or fat32 so you wouldn't be able to anyway since Windows NT
doesn't know fat32 or the new version of NTFS
