Installing Windows 2000 on Intel 945 Motherboards

Hello respected people out there.
I have problems installing windows 2000 server on intel d 945 gncl
motherboard. The installations fails with the message "The bios in this
computer is not fully acpi complaint"
My hardware is:
Intel Core2Duo 1.8 Processor,
Intel d 945 GCNL Motherboard,
1 GB DDR 2 Transcend RAM
160 Gb Seagate SATA Hard Disk
20x Samsung DVD Re-Writer

Any help asap will be appreciated.
