installing voices

have just downloaded new narrator voices but now the problem is installing
them .there where saved in program files/common files/speech engines.. any
ideas

Go to Control Panel; click the Speech icon; use the drop-down arrow beside
"Microsoft Sam" to choose a new Narrator. [You may or may not have to adjust
"Settings".]

[Part 2] If no new voices are there, post the URL you used to get the voices.
They should be self-installing, but they may require an install procedure.
