Installing USB device

Hi all.
I'll have a small problem with installing USB devices on a
mashine where the user is only user (not admin och Priv.
user). Drives etc. is repacked as .MSI file and
distributed with Active Directory.
When the device is plugged in it needs to install. The
problem is that the user hasn't any rights to do this.
Any Ideés where to tweek?
