Installing upgrade

Bought the XP Pro Upgrade. Am I only allowed to install it
on one of my computers? Home use. Would like to install on
my laptop as well.

You will need a separate copy of the Upgrade for each system.

Yes. The rule is quite clear. It's one copy (or one license) for
each computer.

You can't do this legally. There's nothing new here. This is
exactly the same rule that's been in effect on every version of
Windows starting with Windows 3.1. The only thing new with XP is
that there's now an enforcement mechanism.
