Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework , Version 2.0

Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework , Version 1.1 Service
Pack 1 (KB928366 )

You and thousands of other posters have run into this problem,
including myself. MS is supposed come out with some correction
of this problem. (hope soon). There are many solutions on the Net
but suggest you put the Update icon on your taskbar to the Hide
position so it will stop pestering you.

After checking with MS, Dell and HP, I've found out that many systems
are not compatible with these Updates and do not need them.
Run Updates again, when it lists the two Updates, check the plus (+) sign
in front of it and check the box below to "do not show this Update again"
and reboot your system. This action will also eliminate the constant
nagging that you have updates and avoid the Update shield on your
Taskbar and Shutdown.
