Just have installed the additional DIMM memory stick(Kingston) and noticed
that it had demanded strong pressure of fingers to force the DIMM into the
slot, until the retaining clips fully snap back in place and the DIMM is
properly seated.. Is such extra pressure normal? Can this to injure the DIMM
in some way, or even motherboard??

No...it is supposed to require the extra pressure to ensure proper
installation and so it won't come out easily.

It can take a good bit to get them to seat sometimes. It can cause damage if
done incorrectly, just keep straight downward pressure.

As long as the DIMM is oriented correctly (key to the gap) and you apply the
pressure only until the clips return to the correct position, then all is fine.
