installing some programes

Hi, When I install some programes, I get this message,

16 bit windows subsystem

c:\windows\system32\autoexe.nt the system file is not suitable for
running ms dos and microsoft windows applications. choose close to terminate
the application.

thank you for any help.
 
Get the updated version of the application or if necessary create a dual boot
system with XP and 98 to run these older applications.
