Installing Software

When I attempt to install software such as Roxio Esy CD
Creator or Adobe Acrobat 6 which I have on CDs I get a
message saying "Error 1606. Could not access network
location <Common Administrative Tools>/All users\. "
Have no idea what this means or what to do. I know that
the software will not load and I want them!Can anybody
help please?

have you tried installing the software logged on as Administrator, or a user
with Administrator rights?
