Installing software

I tried to install several applications that use the
catapult installation. Both of them for my Palm. Each
time I get the following error: AN ERROR OCCURED TRYING TO
INSTALL THA APPLICATION. INSTALLATION WILL TERMINATE.

No one seem able to help me.
