Installing software in XP for a remote LAN printer connected to W98SE machine

I got a photo printer for Xmas. It needs to go in the room with my W98SE box
that is connected on a small LAN to my XP box in my office. I will want to
install all the photo editing software on the XP box and print from there. I
don't intend to print from the W98 box. I need to know how to install the
drivers. Do they need to be installed on the W98 box and the XP box, or can
I install them on the XP box only?

Once you share the printer and connect to it with the XP computer, you
install the drivers there.
