Installing software for users

We are looking to install software for some of our users on Windows XP. The
problem is that not all of our users are available for us to install the
software when they are logged into there profile.

Is there a way to install software for a specific user using the
Administrateur account?

For one specific user, I don't believe so.

For all users, usually yes (unless the software is badly written).
