installing software for HP DeskJet Printer

When installing, got message saying "The driver cannot be
installed because it is either not digitally signed or
not signed in the appropriate manner. Can cause problems
in the future if you continue installation

First go to the HP web site, www.hp.com , support drivers and see if there
is a new XP driver for your printer (you did not tell us what HP printer
your have.) If one exists, download it and try it.

Second, if you have the new driver software, check the HP web site to see if
they know the driver was not reviewed and approved by Microsoft (digitally
signed) and if they have any comments. Some hardware vendors did not feel
it necessary to get MS's blessing on their software and suggest you ignore
the warning and go ahead and install.
