If you're on Active Directory, you can "roll out" an upgrade to all
workstations using a Group Policy for the workstations.

You may get more help from the other newsgroups
Try:
microsoft.public.win2000.active_directory
microsoft.public.win2000.group_policy

Thanks

I am sure there is a feature within IIS that allows you to do this sort of
update roll-out ... be carefull with SP4 though .. i know it has been causing
a few issues.
