Are you in install mode?

This is automatic if you use the "Add/Remove Programs" in control panel
otherwise type "change user /install" at the command prompt when you start
and "change user /execute" when the install has finished

Yes, I am i install mode.
The exact error is as follows:
Some default settings in Microsoft Office 2000 setup do
not work properly on a Windows terminal Server. To
install Office on Terminal Server you must use the
instructions and tools available in your office 2000
resource kit or at http://www.microsoft.com/office/ORK/

Any help would be excellent. Thanks
