Installing of fixinf internet explorer

Ok i downloaded soemthing i think that stoped my browser
from working. When i open it it just shows the page unkown
like im still offline even when im on line. I tryed to
unistall it and download the explorer again but that didnt
work either. I have about tried everything and nothing has
worked, so i was hopeing that you might be able to tell me
how to get it to work. Since almost everything is set up
thro internet explorer on my computer. Thanks

It may be a HOSTS file problem.
Look also for a file named HOSTS (no extension, could be hidden) rename it
OLDHOSTS.

Then check for parasites.
