installing nvidia drivers on 5456

tried to install the nvidia vista drivers (88.61) onto vista beta 2 (5456),
they didnt work somehow got this message "the nvidia setup program could not
locate any drivers that are compatible with your current hardware. setup
will now exit"
Graphics card: Geforce 4 MX 4000.

anyway to get the official drivers installed.

Your card is not supported by the drivers per this list, so you need to use
the default drivers.

NVIDIA Driver's are for Beta 2 (Build 5384) Only, just FYI.

They are in the box for 5456.

Hi,

I have a 6800GS and am running 5456, the default graphics card installed is
only a VGA compatible driver. You comment says that 5456 has Nvidia drivers
'in the box'. What did you mean by this, at the moment my card is not
recognised. Is there a way to install the 5384 drivers in to 5456 or is the
only to upgrade?
