Installing network adapter

I am installing a D-link 10/100Mbps Fast Ethernet PCI
Adapter, DFE530TX+. Followed the directions for installing
on Windows2000. At the end of the install process, I get
an error message as follows:
\SystemRoot\System32|Drivers|DLKRTS.SYS device driver
could not locate the entry point interlockedPopEntrySList
in driver ntoskrnl.exe. When I reboot the machine I get a
blue screen along with the same error message. What do I
need to do to resolve this problem?

restart select Last known good.
try installing the drivers again, check the manufacturer's site of new
drivers or OS issues.
