installing Java

Hi I have 2 machines both running windows 2000 sp 4. On
One machine when go to the command prompt and type in
jview it tells me I have version 5.00.810. on the other
machine it tells me that it is not a recognizable
command. how can I get java on the one machine?

if this is a server, Java is included in service pack 3.
if SP3 has been applied, then reapply it!

Well it's not a server it's a workstation with SP4. I
try running that again and see what happens.
