Installing IDE drive of over 137GB

I have just bought a Samsung spinpoint sp1604N of 160 GB.
Under the bios this is automatically recognized as SP1604N
at the size of 160 GB. Under win2000 SP4 it shows only 137 GB.
What must I do to overcome the problem ?
