No. If you don't need to test any browse-time features
such as Hit Counter, Save Results, and Web Search, you
can create an FP2003 Web site on your hard disk and then
publish it to a real Web server.
Or, if you have Web servers elsewhere on your network,
you can set up your test Web sites over there.
In general, you will install FP2003 on Windows 2000,
Windows XP Pro, or Windows Server 2003. For any of those
operating systems, if you need a local Web server, you
would install Internet Information Services from Control
Panel, Add/Remove Programs, Windows Components. Then, in
the case of Windows 2000 or Windows XP Pro, you would
download and install the FP2002 Server Extensions from:
