installing frontpage 2003

I can't install this on a machine with FP 2002 on it. I
did manage to successfully install and uninstall the FP
2003 Beta version on this machine. But now can't install
the final version. The error message is to do with
writing .cab files to a local cache.
 
We'll need the specific error # or message text
