Installing FrontPage 2002 on new laptop

My copy of FP2002 was previously installed (as a standalone program) on my
old desktop. Just tried to install it on my new laptop, using key number,
but got to a page in the Wizard which said it isn't available. I haven't
uninstalled it from old desktop - should I have done so? However since
desktop is packed away and stored, I very much don't want to.
 
Select the "Activate by phone" option.
You are allowed to install it on one desktop and one laptop for your own use.

Thank you. I am now searching for how to activate by phone. Can you tell me
how? (Will continue searching in meantime)
