"Installing FP feature" box during startup

Whenever I open FP 2000, I first get a box with the
text "Installing Microsoft FrontPage feature," with a
progress bar that quickly gets to the end, and then the
box closes and the program opens. There appears to be
nothing wrong with the way the program is running. But
why does this box appear?

I have tried doing a Repair through Add/remove programs
ctrl panel. I suppose I could uninstall the whole program
and install it again from scratch. But if I knew what it
wants to install each time, maybe there would be
something else I should do.

Did you select the option to do a re-install?
