Installing drivers from floppy

How do I do that during install? Hitting F-keys during boot don't prompt for
installing drivers from a floppy

The Installer is graphical, when the page is displayed where you choose the
drive on which you will install Vista, a button will be shown called Load
Driver.

Thanks... my installation never gets this far, it stops/hangs when loading
disk.sys
