"Installing COM Component" on bootup

On all our PCs we are now experiencing this message. Before the user hits
CTRL-ALT-DEL to logon, you see "Installing COM Component" and it appears to
connect to activex.microsoft.com/.... After the user signs on, it does it
again. We need to eliminate this message, it is causing numerous problems in
the company. Any ideas? Thanks!

Admit I don't know a whole heck of a lot about this condition, but if
you go to:

Control Panel
Adminstrative Tools
Component Services
Computers
My Computer
DCOM Config

Does it ask for this object to be Registered? And if so, and you
register it, does the problem correct itself?

Found the issue. I noticed it was looking for "Ocget.dll". I searched for
that and came to this page:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/323207
Removed the value from the registry and we're all set.
