Installing Codecs.

I am trying to use a chat program that requires the DSP
Group TrueSpeech(TM) Audio CODEC.
I have not found any way to get this driver re-installed
in windows XP. Or even been able to find a copy of the
codec for Windows XP on the net. They say the driver is
instaled as standard in the Windows operating system, but
that seems to be for earlier versions of Windows.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately this was absolutely no help to me. I have
tried what they suggest, but the process is completely
different in XP. I know what the problem is, but can not
find the codec to re-install it. It does not display as
per the instruction at Yahoo help.
Any other suggestions?
