installing ati all ion wonder 9600 card

after doing all the steps to put my new card in i keep getting an error when
i start my system up saying ati driver not installed.i went to device manager
and it said not enouph resources what ever that means could that mean
memory?i have alot of memory 256 the pie shows alotone is installed and the
other has a yellow ! it tells me to disable a somthing in able to use it i
disabled mt pc cam and still nothing plz help very appreciative zombone

I can't really understand what you are saying. Are you saying that you can
see, in Device Manager, a problem with one of your RAM sticks? What,
exactly, is the "something" that you are referring to? Video cards are
tricky, at best, to install and configure properly. I would suggest
starting over by uninstalling the card in Device Manager and rebooting your
machine. Windows will find the card and then prompt you to install the
drivers. You must, when installing the card, follow the manufacturers
instructions to the letter! Good luck.
