installing and configuring additional USb modem on windows 2000

Anybody know how can add additional usb modem on windows
2000 advance server?

im using surecom usb modem
1st modem is configured ok but the second one error on
hardware conflict then blue screen popup with irq not equal

Make sure you update the BIOS on the system board. Then make sure you have the latest drivers for the system board chipset
and USB drivers.
