Hi,
If I an unable to get my (OEM) WinXP Pro (unactivated so far) re-installed
and working well on my old computer, will I still be able to install and
activate it on a new/different computer?
If I activate it on my old computer, will I still be able to install and
activate it on a new Computer (MotherBoard) ?
Thanks for any help anyone can give me on this (< 8)

Hi,
No. If you bought the OEM license for Windows XP it can be installed only on
a computer that it was bought with (EULA). You will have to purchase a new
license for the new computer. Try searching your system disk for "EULA"
which is usally located in C:\Windows\System32 and read the End User License
Agreement.
If there is a hardware malfunction and you changed it, then you will have to
re-activate your operating system over the phone.
