installing Administration Tools to Windows XP.

Hello

When I try to install Active directory administrative
tools windows 2000 to a computer with windows XP I get
this message:

Windows 2000 Administration Tools is incompatible with
this version of Windows. For more information, contact
Microsoft.

How can I install it?
