Installing a Service in Windows

Can someone tell me where I can find documentation on how
to configure a program to run as a service on Windows
2000. I have looked in the KB and all my Windows
2000 "Secrets" books, but it seems this is a secret that
hasn't gotten out yet.

Hi

srvany.exe and instsrv.exe is what usually is suggested for creating
services...
