Installing a program fo one user

I have XP Home and several user accounts. Can I install programs so only
selected users have access to it?

No. But you can arrange the shortucts, so that not all users see the
programs. Use the personalized folders under C:\DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS
instead of the ALL USERS folder here. This is valid for shortucts in
the folders DESKTOP and START MENU.
