Hello all.
I just received my first windows vista (32 bit) for testing
We have an MRP called 4th shift which is a 32 bit .net 1.1 framework
application.

When I try to run the client setup, I get this error: "Setup will not run
under Winnt 3.51". For some reason, the setup program thinks that it is an
old winnt workstation. Does anyone know of a workaround.

I suspect the program WILL run when installed, but I'll have to use a
utility program that moves programs from computer to computer.

Thanks for any feedback!

Try installing .Net 1.1 from Windows Update or the Microsoft Download
Catalogue. Then try your program. If the program still throws an error,
then you need to contact the program's tech support because they have
something hard-coded in there that isn't working with Vista.

Thanks Andy. The program compatability Wizard did the trick....
