installhelper.exe error

i get internal error gsainstallhelper.exe and cannot
install this program i deleted microsoft registry entries
after uninstalling microsoft antispyware and now i cant
install it because of this error is there a solution

.download microsoft antispyware,dont run it from desktop

go to c/window open that find downloaded installation
folder and run the windows installer package it worked
foe me good luck,i fixed my problem this way hope it
works for u
