installed ppt2003. cant open disc ppt 2002. Why?????

have ppt 2002 on laptop. installed teacher/student edition 2003 office on
home pc. cant view 2002 disc on 20003. Why?
 
Open PowerPoint 2003 and go to Help > Check for Updates and follow the links to
apply service pack 1. That will correct the problem.
