Installed front page but will not initialize.

Installed front page after reformatting my hard drive but it will not
initialize and displays 0xc0150002 as the reason. Need help, please----Thank
you much Dick

Control Panel > Add / Remove programs.
Click once on FrontPage, select Change
and then select Repair.
