Installation Setup can't detect USB SB Audigy 2 NX

When I tried to installation software for USB Audigy 2
NX, a dialog box says 'Setup can't detect any USB
device.' I went in to Device Manager, under USB Audio
Device, I can see the SB Audigy NX, but under 'Location',
it says 'Location 0 (SB Audigy 2 NX)'.

I realise installation can only be done if 'Location'
shows 'SB Audigy 2 NX', without the 'Location 0' in
front. Anyone knows how to remove the 'Location 0' in
front of 'SB Audigy 2 NX' so that installation can
recognise the USB hardware?

Start the Software installation before actually hooking up the Audigy2
Device. During the install it may ask for the Device.
That's when you hook it up.
