Installation program that can install .NET Runtime also

I use the MSI installer but I dont think it handles .NET Runtine
installation very elegantly.

Microsofts own installation software can install .NET Runtine as a smooth
part of the installation and I would like to know if their are similar 3.
party intall programs available that can do the same?

I distribute a .NET 2.0 Winforms application

Pretty much every 3rd party tool has that kind of feature. Here's a list:

If by "Microsoft's own installation software" you mean a Visual Studio Setup
Projets, this is in fact the least featured of most tools like WiX,
InstallShield, Wise, Advanced Installer etc etc.
