Installation Problem

I get an error message while install some program. Can
anyone tell me whats wrong?

Not from what you have told us. Give exact problem, names of programs, error
messages, etc and someone can help.

the reasons are

1. the media on which the files exists are corrupted.
2. There is a hardware problem which prevents the CD drive from reading the disk.
3. There is a problem with the setup files which is incomplete.
