Installation problem with Smart Device Extensions

I installed Visual Studio .NET, eVC++ 4.0 SP4 and PocketPC 2003 SDK, but I
cannot create projects for mobile devices. There no options for it in VS.NET.
What is proper installation procedure?
 
You installed Studio 2003 Professional or better? Did you select "Smart
Device Programmability" in the install components? You're creting a C# or
VB project and you don't have a "Smart Device Application" option?
