Installation Problem -- 98 to 2000

Trying to upgrade from 98SE to 2000Pro, but keep getting
error message "The Operating System CD that you are
attempting to install was not distributed with this
computer. Setup cannot continue." This msg is on a
blank screen, and I must CTRL-ALT-DEL to exit from
window. Shouldn't I be able to upgrade w/o a problem and
why am I getting this msg? PLS HELP!

Where did you get the 2000 Pro CD? It appears to be an OEM copy that
came with another computer and is not designed to do an upgrade. You
need to use a retail Windows 2000 CD to install.
